Is delivery instant?
No, for most digital assets like Intros, GFX and Chains, delivery will take anywhere from 1-3 days upon payment depending on the queue status. Custom commissions may take 5-7 days depending on complexity.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are not offered once the files have been sent. However, we work closely with you to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the result.
